Why don’t you just CLICK?


Nowadays, the users of the internet have increased. The usage and variety of services offered in the internet also increasing. One of the famous services offered through internet is online banking. Online banking which also known as Internet banking or E-banking, is one of the service developed by financial institution for their customers. This service allows their customers to conduct any financial transactions through the websites which was monitored by the institution itself. In Malaysia, there are several of financial institutions that offered online banking such as CIMB Bank, called CIMB Clicks and Maybank2u by Maybank.

Furthermore, online banking has lots of benefits that can offer to the customers. Firstly, the fees that are charged are far lower than regular bank fees. We can make as many as the transaction that we want without being charged higher like the regular bank does. In addition, online banking is beneficial for us because we are able to aware of record keeping that will be easier for us to manage our financial. The most important thing is no time constraint and unlimited service. Compare to traditional bank, it only open for five days a week from morning until 5 or 6 pm, but through online banking, customers are able to make the transaction any day and any time that they want. This is why online banking is considered convenience for all people.

In other hand, internet connections became one of the major problems of using online banking. The user must have a stable internet connection in order to experience smooth transaction via the computer. The connection might become slow and affect the transaction process. Besides, if the connection was terminated, we must re-enter all the information and make the whole transaction again starts from the beginning. Lastly is the security element. As the online banking involves money transaction, the risk of user account being hacked is still high. Even though the banks which offered online banking service guarantee about the security, still the risk is still there.

The services offered by online banking make the customer’s life easier. You do not need to drive out to the nearest bank or ATM to perform the transactions or settle up the bills. What we need is a PC and a connection to the internet. By having smart phone or device like tab is pretty much of big help to smoothen your online banking business with such as CIMB Clicks or Maybank2u.
